1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zarvo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zarvo is an AI-powered platform that generates synthetic audio discussions based on book concepts.

  • Not an Audiobook Service: Zarvo does not provide the full text or original audiobooks of the titles featured. It provides AI-generated commentary and debate.
  • AI Personas: The voices you hear (e.g., "Adam," "Josh") are artificial intelligence agents. They are not real people, nor are they the actual authors of the books discussed.

3. No Professional Advice (The "Hallucination" Disclaimer)

Zarvo is for entertainment and informational purposes only.

  • Accuracy: The content is generated by Large Language Models (LLMs). These models can "hallucinate" or generate incorrect information. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the Table of Contents, summaries, or advice given by the AI agents.
  • Contextual Advice: The advice given by the "Mentor" agent regarding your personal life challenges is simulated. Do not rely on Zarvo for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the "Context Injection" feature to:

  • Input sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII), such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, or health data.
  • Generate content that is hate speech, sexually explicit, illegal, or promotes violence.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits (e.g., the 1 chapter/day limit for free users).

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our Rights: The interface, code, and generative workflows are owned by Zarvo.
  • Third-Party Content: Book covers and titles are displayed via the Google Books API. These remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. Zarvo claims no ownership over the original books.
  • Generated Audio: The specific dialogue generated for your unique context is a derivative work created for your personal use.

6. Usage Limits

We reserve the right to limit the number of generations per user to manage costs (e.g., ElevenLabs API costs). We may throttle or terminate access if we detect abnormal usage patterns.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zarvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your reliance on the AI-generated advice.
  • Technical failures, including latency in audio generation.
  • Loss of data due to anonymous account unlinking (e.g., losing your device).

8. Changes to Service

We operate on a "Deep MVP" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service (such as changing AI voices or available book categories) at any time without notice.

9. Manage Your Data

Request Account Deletion

Zarvo is designed for privacy first. We do not link your account to an email address or phone number by default.

If you wish to remove all your data from our servers, including your generated podcasts and chat history, you must email our support team manually.

How to delete:

  1. Copy your User ID from the App Settings.
  2. Email us at: waqas.younas.viro@icloud.com
  3. Subject: Delete Account Request
  4. Body: Please paste your User ID so we can identify the correct account to remove.

Your data will be permanently wiped within 7 days of receiving the request.
